This bar and restaurant is an establishment where the modern mingles with the ancient. This century-old building has retained its old-fashioned charm, but the interior has been modernised by the addition of ceiling lights that vary according to the time of day. An oriental note also intruded into this former Parisian bistro. The restaurant specialises in Indian cuisine and serves very good dishes in spicy sauce. The same taste for spices is found in non-alcoholic beverages, such as ginger, cardamom and cinnamon lassi. For hot drinks try the chaï which is particularly typical, because of its tea taste with cloves. Many French and international spirits are also available at the bar.
