This is a club with no shortage of assets. On the tatamis side, the club has 80 members of all levels, supervised by two teachers, Bernard Palmier and Eric Marchant (3rd dan). The style taught here is that recommended by the Tokyo Aikikai. Classes last one hour and are attended by between 20 and 30 people each time. Warming-up, preparing body and mind, working on different techniques, calming down... all facets of aikido are explored.
