In the north-east of the capital, a good street address that essentially plays the map of tradition. Nothing revolutionary here, are not going to look for a or or other creation to the influences coming from elsewhere. Pierre Couderc is more discreet but his pastries are all refined. His Venezuela (black chocolate foam and milk surrounded by macaroons) transports us far away, its nit are perfect and the kokomodem (vanilla foam, raspberries, ananas and coconut crackers) play our palate. What one knows less is that he is also an artist. It can make cakes for every occasion by playing its imagination.
