Here we play the card of the local butcher craftsman, close to his customers. Only quality meat: Lozère lamb, Limousin veal, Bresse chicken, farm poultry from the Landes and Vendée (occasionally). Do not hesitate to ask for a specific preparation, the team advises you with a big smile. The place also serves as a great rotisserie, and we love spending the weekend there looking for something to put on the Sunday meal table. And, judging by the crowds, which sometimes overflow on the sidewalk, we are not the only ones! The sign is well known in the area, you can go there blindfolded.
