MARCHÉ SUR L'EAU
Marché sur l'eau is a short circuit for the distribution of fresh and local fruit and vegetables, all from the Seine-et-Marne region, transported by boat to Paris via the Ourcq Canal from Claye-Souilly. Members of the association pass through each farmer with a vehicle using clean energy, then transport the products to the port of the river barge. The barge stops at the Rotonde Stalingrad on Saturdays for orders purchased on the Internet, and in Pantin on the same day. The composition of the basket varies according to the seasonal products, but it contains on average 5 to 8 different fruits and vegetables. Smart, green, delicious!
