Opened in 1820, Dehillerin became an ambassador of quality French craftsmanship. The company is located just a stone's throw from the canopy of Les Halles and rue de Rivoli, and it pre-selects for you the best items of professional and amateur cooking and pastry. Once you've passed the green olive facade of the store, you discover thousands of kitchen utensils. They are spread out on the shelves of the establishment, and almost fill the walls when there's not enough place. The best of the house: the stainless steel, we are in the tricolour tradition, plastic or silicone point in these places! We almost feel that we are not in a trade house because there are no prices displayed on the products, but a simple reference whose corresponding price will be found in a register set at the beginning of the shelves! The visit ends at the basement, which is the kingdom of roasting pan and large pot for restaurateurs. A success and a proof, if it is necessary, that the best cuisine are done in old pots…
