PÉRIGOT
Fréderic Périgot is the man who gave his own name to this brand. He has lived in the world of design for a long time, working with magazines that specializes in this field, like Maison Française, Maison & Jardin, Intramuros. Having lived for five years in Los Angeles, he observed the American concepts of the sector before creating a marketing agency. When back in France, in 1995, in Paris, he opened his first shop at Carrousel du Louvre. His niche market will be the luxury hardware store! A genius idea that he commented himself: "The hardware store was a punitive sector. It was transformed into a pleasure shopping. We just had to play down, remove the guild attached to those objects." The Périgot universe is divided into five families of products: "Juste propre" for cleaning, "Bio-techno" to facilitate the cooking, "Thermal" to smoothly get ready, "Ultra light" to organise your dressing, "Mobile home" to move in total peace and quiet. The travel range "To Go" is added to that (travel pillow, sleeping mask, foldable mini-bag, foldable umbrella, city bag, etc.). Everything here is foldable, chic and practical: the standard designing is the keyword of the house. Périgot became famous thanks to its shopping bag on castors with trendy colours: varnished red, metal grey or with the famous old cans: you have the choice... Come here if you want to be trendy during your shopping! Périgot also offers excellent interior and equipment accessories. For the nostalgic, very pretty buckets and pots of enamel milk are at your disposal. For cleaning, the magnificent range of ostrich, wool or bamboo dusters will please you. And for frequent travellers, a set of accessories that shouldn't be forgotten in the plane like the inflatable pillows or matching masks are offered. "Man is only dust, to say the importance of the feather duster" wrote Alexandre Vialatte. But when the feather duster goes out of Perigot, the metaphysics immediately becomes more pleasant!
