LA MAISON DE VACANCES
Nestled under the arcades of the Palais Royal, just steps from the Louvre and the columns of Buren, La Maison de Vacances, is a peaceful place where it is happy to stroll. Holiday House is a French company founded in 1995 by Emmanuelle Fouks and Nicolas Mauriac, their experiences of fashion designer and artistic director who have made them aware of trends and lifestyles. Their concept: propose, each season, the widest choice of original textiles and textures for the house and those living there. Holiday House products are made in the most precious and noble materials. Fabrics, furs and leather in vegetable tanning are carefully selected and patiently developed in Europe, favouring French manufacture, because creating and manufacturing in France is a question of ethics and principles, but also of style in order to be able to manufacture in a small series by maintaining a constant quality and special know-how, for example hand-wrapped piqûres and personalised finishes… Here we dress its interior in the same way you dress yourself. Linen, cold metallic cotton, velvet or Japanese gauze are used here, and are in pastel and grey tones. Ideal for making pleas, cushions, poufs or curtains. Even more surprising: the very leafy cushions and poufs of the Tibetan goat. Holiday House is internationally known: From New York to Tokyo, from Seoul to Oslo, from London to Geneva, you will find it in the main cities of countries…
