LE MAROC
Address with a typical decoration proposing Moroccan specialities with fresh and good quality products.
If you're looking for the last good address or a very trendy spot, you can sometimes forget the old old ones that have made recipes and are safe values. This is the case of Morocco, which has existed since 1961 in the capital. Its typical décor comes from the Universal Exhibition in Brussels, which took place in 1958. The site is now classified… You can admire the finely furnished teething, multicolores tiles and ceilings made of sculpted cedar wood and fine gilded. We forgot everything, even the couscous that is divine. The semolina is fine cooked. The broth is perfumed by the many spices, the vegetables are fresh and the meat of very good quality. Hello Medfoune (chicken, grapes, fresh butter and flower water) has been discovered, which is eaten without sauce and is not dry at all. The Moroccan base (of, merguez, mechouia salad, bedouia salad, zaalouk) is a dish on its own. We also liked the brick to the shrimp and especially the homemade chicken pastilla where the salt-sweet agreement is perfectly mastered. In dessert, orange oranges salad is really the speciality of the house.
