Establishment with terrace in Paris serving burgers, buns, bagels, meats, homemade crepes.
A new York loft atmosphere, red bricks on the wall and industrial lamps recovered from an antique shop and reworked, are at Charly Bun's, which is the place of the Market-Saint-Honoré. "Charly" for Charles-Élie Alliel, boss, and "Bun's " – as you can well imagine – for these well-garnished breads with good potatoes and salad. Here, the quality is the main focus. The passionate and creative team consists of burgers, buns, bagels with baker's breads. The meat is Charolais and desserts like pancakes, crumbles or pancake are homemade. Not forgetting the famous carrot cake made in USA. Burgers and bun's are served with fries and mixed salads. To try, the Rothschild's burger and the bagels. On Sundays and holidays, you will be spoilt with a buffet at your own discretion and a typical dish at choice. Kids are pampered with their "Kids brunch". The house is very attentive to the reception and guests on the first floor are connected to the servers by a small box on the table. You just need to click on it and they come to take care of you. The hotel can be privatized (buffet cocktail, seated meals…). The terrace, heated in winter, is particularly pleasant in summer.
