Parisian address offering Banh, bo bun, soups and small marinated beef brochettes
At the corner of the gourmets is an invitation to travel between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. This gourmet getaway is rich in gastronomic discoveries. There are Banh coun (flake flakes of pork flour and black mushrooms), Bo bun, Pho soup, or Sath Ko Ann, these are small pickles of marsh beef that the chef proposes to accompany with a glass of merlot-syrah. Other flavors of Mother's Chouchous like these saint-Jacques jumped to 3 spices: Gilded, lemonry, basil or stuffed shrimp on sugar cane, with crudities. The vaulted room in the basement is suitable for appointments between friends.

1 entrée (salade de seiches), 1 plat (porc caramel) + 1 accompagnement (nouilles sautées, en supplément) et une bière en bouteille, pour un total de 41€50 ...
Cuisine sans aucun intérêt.
Absolument rien de particulier.
Portions congrues.
Hors de prix pour le résultat.
Service plutôt froid.
A la fin de mon repas, le restaurant était tout autant vide qu'à mon arrivée.

Great meal, incredibly friendly owner! Even gave us some free food he was enjoying.
