Parisian address offering Banh, bo bun, soups and small marinated beef brochettes

At the corner of the gourmets is an invitation to travel between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. This gourmet getaway is rich in gastronomic discoveries. There are Banh coun (flake flakes of pork flour and black mushrooms), Bo bun, Pho soup, or Sath Ko Ann, these are small pickles of marsh beef that the chef proposes to accompany with a glass of merlot-syrah. Other flavors of Mother's Chouchous like these saint-Jacques jumped to 3 spices: Gilded, lemonry, basil or stuffed shrimp on sugar cane, with crudities. The vaulted room in the basement is suitable for appointments between friends.

Restaurant sympathique, confortable. le personnel est très agréable . la cuisine est délicieuse . (sul bémol , c'est un peu bruyant, comme beaucoup de restaurants parisiens où l'accoustique n'est pas prise en compte .)
