Semi-gastronomic Korean restaurant in Paris offering an inventive, fine, delicate short menu and various dishes.
Already owner of Gwon's Dining, a renowned semi-gourmet Korean restaurant in the 15th district, Gwon Hyun Mee launched this bistro some time ago. The brick and wood setting is inspired by a New Yorkean loft. The atmosphere is young and modern. The menu is short, inventive, fine and delicate. We start with the juk hobak, a sublime velocity of green pumpkin and squash seeds. Another surprise: the dolsott bibimbap. It is an assortment of rice with algae and marinated vegetables, egg yolk and raw beef cooked in a bowl of hot stone and dessert, with a ginger and cinnamon punch, with pieces of nashi pear. A Korean address in the pure culinary tradition of the country, no surprise but no disappointment either!

Welcoming and very nice service, dishes are delicious and very great price lunch set Starter + Main dish only 17 euros.
We had leek korean pancake, and kimchi dumplings for starters, they are good.

Really good Korean food and a pretty reasonable price point. We enjoyed everything we ordered but the beef tartare and bibimbap were the highlight.

Un excellent restaurant coréen caché dans le 1er arrondissement !
