Small canteen in Paris serving rice in the form of dumplings or covered with a good broth and a miso soup.
It all started in 1986 with a tea salon named Kosyuen where the bio was highlighted. Today, this small canteen in length has composed an almost given menu where the rice is eaten as a boulettes (onigri) or covered with good broth (ochazuke) with a bowl of cucumber cucumber and sympathique soup. It's perfect for eating at noon.

On a déjeuné au Kosyuen à Paris. Les plats étaient super bons.
