Canteen in Paris elaborating ramen, specialities of the house, vegetables, gyozas...
This Japanese is one of the last of St. Anne's street, but it is not forgotten: this canteen has the symbol! The room is very clear with large windows and carefully decorated in brown tones. Ramens (soup of Japanese fresh Pasta in homemade pork broth) are the home's specialities. They are served cold in summer or with shrimps and vegetables, marine algae, pork with a block taste fermented, etc. Gyozas (au pork and vegetables and roasted vegetables) made by hand and served by six, win a good success thanks to their goûteuse stuffing and a rather crispy dough. The servers are smiling and caring, which is nothing.
