Miyoshi is the first name of the grandmother of the family holding the restaurant, so you will have understood that filiation is not a thin matter between these walls. And who says attachment to filiation, says in many cases, respect for traditions that one finds with great pleasure on the plate. For the time being more sashimi (the Miyoshi participates in the tuna protection and that's very good!). Place is made to meat (serrano beef or ginger), fritures, grills… Also from November to February, oyster dishes: marinated, grilled, cutlettes, sprinkled, flood or fondue… always done with great attention.
