Institution on Sainte-Anne Street offering Japanese specialties, meats, fresh pasta, and donburi.

After the closure some time ago of the other establishment, at the junction of Rue Saint-Honoré and Avenue de l'Opéra, this Higuma is still going strong. It's one of the institutions of Rue Sainte-Anne. Lovers of popular Japanese dishes love to gather here to sample ramens, curries, donburis, yakisobas, chahans and other chukadons. It's all action here. If you want to see the cooks in action in the first room, sit at the bar opposite them; for more peace and quiet and to avoid the smell, choose the other two rooms.

J’ai rarement mal noté un restaurant japonais à Paris, mais je ne recommanderai jamais cette adresse. J’ai été attirée par ce restaurant car il y avait du monde à l’intérieur. Prix attrayants, service ultra rapide. Par contre, la qualité des plats n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur…. J’ai retrouvé une mouche morte dans mon plat. Je n’ai jamais rendu une assiette aussi pleine à la fin d’un repas… première et dernière expérience à cette adresse.

Great quality/price balance, one of the tastiest Korean ramen that I tasted in Paris. Also homemade kimchi is in the top level ???? the atmosphere like in Korean street restos, can be a really loud and very cramped, but trust me, the taste of the ramens worth it
