New râmen-ya in Paris offering a speciality: tonkotsu râmen, dishes with Japanese and foreign flavours.

We're not going to this new râmen-ya for decoration, orange and summary, but to taste râmens, roboratifs and tasty. The specialty is the râmen râmen (pork), fat and fichtrement good! The must, you can even add a ajitama, an calf egg cooked in a fragrant broth, its soup. Here you can find the flavours of authentic Japan, and it is full of Japanese who come to look for smells and familiar tastes. This success will, however, give you a little patience because in week and weekend the tail encroaches on the sidewalk!
