Address in Paris preparing Japanese and Chinese dishes, specialities around ramen soups and various bentos.
It is well known, Rue Sainte-Anne is the most Japanese-inspired street in the capital, so it is difficult to make a choice. Reasonable prices, Japanese and Chinese dishes, its refined setting and decorated with bamboo, its space and its smiling and efficient staff. Specialities revolve around ramen soups (pasta served in a Japanese broth based on fish or meat) with braised pork, Taiwanese beef, squid and scallops, but also the famous Jajangmyen ramen, with black soy sauce and pork, very widespread in Korea but hardly found in France. There are also various bentos (sweet and sour pork, grilled beef, shrimp with garlic, chicken or breaded pork, etc.) as well as typical dishes (chicken sautéed with garlic, squid pan-fried in Korean way, etc.) such as the teokboki, a Korean glutinous rice cake. Special mention for the Korean beef pancake (sogogi pajeon). Everything here is both copious and well cooked, and we come back without hesitation.
