DA ROSA RIVE DROITE
Former grocery store-restaurant in Paris serving a menu of selected products, the famous house soup and various dishes.
Da Rosa, specialist in exceptional Mediterranean products (Portugal, Spain, Italy) has elected domicile the Right Bank within walking distance from place Vendôme and rue de Rivoli, in an old fashion boutique. As for the decor, it is Mamoru Kondo who creates a modern room blending warm wood and raw materials, whereas regarding the furniture, you will find Jacques Garcia (already at the helm of the previous deli-restaurants) with comfortable red velvet chairs, a long counter to eat at the bar, thus providing a chic atmosphere. On the menu, the best ingredients are displayed to delight gourmets. There are the famous soup of the house that you can customise according your taste (vegetable broth with ham cubes or spelt, split peas or white beans, parmesan, olive oil), the side con tomato, the Bellota ham or lomo iberico but also a club sandwich ibérico ham, tamara, a vegetable risotto, a Niçoise salad, etc. Some dishes are openly stamped light for the fashion addicts of the corner. In short, a part of gourmet Europe is there. Without forgetting a pretty Spanish wine cellar.
