LUMEN
Restaurant where the Japanese-born chef offers Italian and Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine.
The restaurant of the Hotel Lumen blends glass and stone, with part of the room under a veranda, in marrons. It's a beautiful setting for dishes prepared by Akira Sugiura. This Japanese chef travels around the world, always looking for new flavours and new textures. Italian cuisine is one of its favourites also its Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine creates beautiful surprises: bowl of lobster and leeks, lard of Colonnata and pappa al pomodoro, stuffed stuffed and fingers in volume of Savoie, sausage and Treviso, and sésame-infused terracotta and seasonal fruits.

Service agréable
Rooms are enough. If you aren't expecting a massive room, then it's fine. It was good enough for us. The bathroom is awesome and the spa like shower is relaxing.
But it's the service of the hotel that sets them apart. The front desk staff to housekeeping to bar service, they are all extremely friendly, helpful and most of all genuine. Thank you especially to Sebastien for making our stay so comfortable and the kindness you shown us. 100% recommend staying here.
Froid dans la salle de petit déjeuner, froid dans la chambre. Etablissement propre
Personnel agréable mais nous avons eu froid. La salle de petit déjeuner n'était pas chauffée. Dommage, et la chambre était pleine de sensation de courant d'air.
