Address in Paris offering selected and organic products, a menu of great classics in entry, neat dishes.

Caroll Sinclair, a former stylist in the haute couture field, is now a cook chef. First, she was known and recognized by Safran before opening her Table d'Hôte at the Royal Palace. Self-taught, it applies only to finely selected products from organic farming. The lunch menu is a good deal, for example, a gaspacho of basil and golden crusts tomatoes, a fire-to-fire with old and small vegetables and a chocolate base. The map also reveals the great classic for entries: oysters, bulots, organic smoked salmon, plancha cheese, etc. Dishes are even more cared for: grilled blue lobster with coral sauce, fish carpaccio and gambas or farmer pig duo. In dessert, special mention for chestnut milk to the chestnut and its laughter to honey.

An idyllic setting ideally located (facing the gardens of the Palais Royal) in one of the rare Parisian streets evocative name gastronomic tradition (rue du Beaujolais). Neat surroundings, boxings housed in a basement century-old several times (bewitch word game). Let us to table and... I recommend the foie gras try dishes or saffron velvet from the sea to (was and two dishes include in the dish each other... hmmm). One continued by the seven hour lamb (or Setter) and the small pot. Accompanied by a wine that I forgot the name but the owner had carefully chosen for us. The fact that the products are organic does not spoil anything, on the contrary. For our next visit, we promise to Caroll Sinclair try its menu. My friend cracked on desserts and me on a drink of Sauternes (for the road)
