Bistro in Paris elaborating a beautiful entrecote, a natural burger and some products of the sea.

The Louchébem bistro is the little brother of its neighbor across the street, the famous Louchébem. If you come to Louchébem for the all-you-can-eat rotisseur's plate, here it's beef carpaccio lovers who flock here to devour it, again, until you're full. In this small, typically Parisian neighborhood bistro in the heart of Les Halles, you'll enjoy classics like the unmissable bone marrow or onion soup au gratin, but also a fine entrecôte, a plain burger and even a few seafood items like sea bass fillet. Last but not least, the wines, selected directly from the growers, are well chosen and some are offered by the glass.

je me suis fait agressé le 4 juillet dernier, j'ai couru et je me suis réfugié ici pour prendre la fuite et échapper les agresseurs et y ont posé aucune question et m'ont laissé 10min dans le sous sol merci bcp!!

Todo estaba buenísimo! Y muy bien de precio!
Vamos es un restaurante que merece mucho la pena, pero que la gente aparentemente, pasa por alto, lo cual no logro entender! Pruébalo y os encantará, no tengo duda ninguna.

Good meal, good wine. Escargot was excellent and worth the experience. I would also recommend the asparagus choice. I would pass on the frog legs unless you already like them.

Did you know France has no concept of cooking steak medium-rare? It was news to me too, but our waiter arrogantly explained that receiving an overcooked slab of gristle for €34 was my own fault, despite him taking the order without asking for clarification.

The chickpea fries were good. But this server was the quintessential indifferent and haughty service every traveller to Paris seemingly must endure.

I wonder why people who despise cooking open restaurants.
