JAMBON BEURRE
Basement grocery/wine cellar serving classic ham sandwiches, daily specials and organic buns.
The butter ham would be the most sold sandwich in Paris… a sort of Proust's Madeleine that sticks to the plate… In any case, wherever he spends he is a recipe. In order to attract the barge Rodolphe Constans-Gavarry called his wine cellar Ham-Butter. It is true that he has reviewed it a little and raised our classic sandwich: White ham Prince of Paris (the best in its category), the Bordier butter, the organic bread from Julien and shizo for the little air character or still bio organic bread, honey mustard, ham in the Prince of Paris, gherkins, rockets, red onions steeped in thyme. We also have organic bun's, salads, day recipes (soups, quiches, toast) and à la carte desserts. We are really eating for more than good prices. Last point: The place is also a fine grocery store, a nice wine cellar and discover the side of the decor in this "Ham Bar". In a space in the basement, the place is worth a detour - and can even be privatised.
