CAMION BIEN FAIT
Food truck in Paris preparing good food, starters, dishes and desserts every week.
Paris chose 56 food makers and that of Edouard Loubet, a doubly star chef, is among the lucky elected. It adheres to the label «The Kitchen is on the Street» which obliges local produce to be cooked locally. The food trucks that adhere to the criteria can now be identified by a logo representing the Eiffel Tower which takes its roots in an onion: a symbol of a meeting between rural and urban. The Well-Done Truck menus change every week with two entries, two dishes and two desserts, and sets the goal of allowing the beautiful gastronomy to travel in the capital. Attention, the location changes geographic location, almost by definition, so it goes on 1 st, but not only, of course.
