LE LULLI
Restaurant with a chic atmosphere where the chef proposes a bistronomic cuisine with fresh and quality products.
Le Lulli is the very stylish and colourful restaurant of the Grand Hôtel du Palais-Royal. It was in 2017 and at 35 years old that Jean-Baptiste Orieux took over as head of the kitchens of the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal and its restaurant Le Lulli. Jean-Baptiste is a young passionate Chef, who loves taste, the real thing. He arrives with lots of taste ideas, after starting his career in 2002 at the Lutétia restaurant (then 1 Michelin star), before joining Fouquet's Barrière where he will stay 12 years alongside the Chef Meilleur Ouvrier de France Jean-Yves Leuranguer and then join the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal. Welcoming, satisfying and pleasing are the key words that the Chef and his teams want to make prevail in the restaurant room. In the kitchen, he passes on his love of quality products to his teams. He follows the seasons closely to offer you an attractive bistronomic cuisine. This great gourmet shares his passion and his art in a chic atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the rue de Valois and a conservatory. Fresh and high quality products on the plates: Ravioles of Foie Gras flavoured with truffles - Crab in crumbled & fennel tartar, bisque mousse, cognac and dill jelly - Fillet of sea bass à la plancha, vegetable wok, lemongrass sauce, teriaki - Braised veal chop, Coco paimpolais, mizuna shoots, short juice - Chestnut apple crumble, walnut sorbet - Crispy finger with vanilla pears - Breton shortbread creamy citrus fruit sphere. The Lulli is a perfect one!
