Restaurant located just a few steps from the rue Saint-Denis mixing French gastronomy, American inspiration and conviviality.
Just steps from Saint Denis Street, famous for its Daughters of Joy, the owners of this restaurant decided to pay tribute to their Pullets. Melody and Antoine landed straight from New York, where they lived for 8 years, with a chief friend in their suitcases. As a result of the success of the bistro in the United States, they wanted, for their return to France, to open a restaurant mixing French gastronomy, American inspiration and conviviality with coffee shop in the afternoon and cocktails in the evening. The room, all in length, is a veritable jewel of the Art nouveau with its walls decorated with frescoes made of tiled tiles. At lunch, a short map with soups and sausages (rillettes, terrine, etc.) house, pasta, salad, gourmet sandwich (marinated pork, change the eternal burger) and very comfortable food (cheesecake, carrot cake, almond pana, cookies, etc.). In the evening, the menu is woven, and it is with pleasure that you enjoy dishes based on seasonal products, which have been changed by the young chef, happy to have access to the French markets and various stalls of fresh vegetables: rabbit rillettes and shallot shallot-sweet, mi trout and candied orange or caramel panna panna salt.
