In the Flottes family ask the little brother in chic snacking style with a shop. Everything there is homemade and prepared every day as from fresh products: seasonal vegetable soup (carrots and coconut milk or vegetable minstrone), salad mixed with the evocative names like J'en pince pour toi (homemade crabmeat Petrossian, crab legs, tomatos cherries in duo, avocado, fresh citrus fruits, a green lemon zest and crunching iceberg lettuce), quiches and any kind, sandwiches haute couture like the Cocorico (French baguette tradition poppy seeds, marinated chicken, tomato confits, rocket, mayonnaise with tomato), homemade foccaccias including one with the truffles called Black truffles (black truffles, Philadelphia, mozzarella di Buffala, olive oil with truffle). But we also find other dishes around meat or fish (steamed prawns, thai rice, carrots, steamed fennels or marinated chicken with lemon and ginger, soya sauce and thai rice), pastas cooked on order. All the homemade pastries are made of organic products. Perfect for a healthy, balanced and good lunch!
