Restaurant in Paris offering a board of Auvergne charcuterie or a magret-aligot.
In the sincere and friendly register, Julie was taught well by her father Guy, a Baraquevillois who owned two businesses in the capital. Born in Paris, Julie chose one of them, La Coopérative, to fly on her own wings. Manager of this strategically located establishment, the young woman carefully maintains the atmosphere. The decor, industrial and antique, has been the same for years: the old sign of the Rouergue and Gévaudan Agricultural Cooperative, to which the restaurant owes its name, is still displayed on the walls.

Just stumbled into it. The tar tar was great, wine was fantastic, and the tiramisu was incredible!
Great place to get some food after walking around the Louvre for a few hours :)!!
