LA TÊTE D'OR
Bistro in Paris elaborating great specialities of meats, poultries and a cheese board.
Regular customers or curious tourists will find at Tête d'Or the good taste of the terroir and authenticity. Thus, you'll find the great specialities of Tête d'Or, entrecote, veal chop, pot-au-feu, duck breast or confit and other meats that are served with homemade fries or aligot. On the cheese platter, the Ecir d'Aubrac is found alongside Laguiole or Roquefort. For the wines, if there is a choice on the side of the winegrowers of the Cévennes, the Rhône or the Languedoc, we have noticed the Marcillac from Laurens. A bistro that has its regular customers and satisfies our appetites and our questions about true good local products.
