Half-modern, half-Napoleon brasserie in Paris preparing beautifully crafted dishes.
Very Parisian indeed, the Café Marly is a half-modern, half-Napoleon III brasserie, and enjoys an exceptional view of the Louvre pyramid. Models, journalists, stylists and tourists come to this design restaurant in front of the classified woodwork to see and be seen. The menu does not stand out for its originality, but the dishes are nicely worked: sea bream ceviche, calf's liver with grapes, Angus steak... Certainly the prices are high, but the environment is exceptional.
