Between a trendy café and a brasserie with an old-fashioned charm, the history of the Zimmer is closely linked to that of the Châtelet theater and that of the Alsatians when it was created in 1896. Que ce soit pour y prendre un café ou un verre ou bien pour y déjeuner ou y dîner dans la tranquillité, le contenu de votre assiette vous permettra de déguster des mets de grande qualité. Mention spéciale personnelle au risotto : de mon point de vue, une "tuerie".
Je recommande vivement le Zimmer fort opportunément situé à l'angle de rue, quasiment en face du théâtre du Chatelet, récemment rénové.
