Restaurant offering a tasting menu inspired by traditional French cuisine.
You need to be damn gonflé to make a whole menu of knocked… And yet in this restaurant it's been working wonderfully for ages with some salted and sweet knocked in the chef's imagination. In the All Blown menu you can start with a little spinach stunt and a green salad and then continue with a soufflé volaille sauce with mushrooms or an amazing Burgundian beef Soufflé and you finish either by a classic like the Big Marnier soufflé or by a soufflé cream cœur white chocolate heart. And at the end, you're still getting a lot of goodies. The other Tasting menu is inspired by traditional French cuisine, yet not forgetting knocked for some dishes such as the supreme of tarragon and henri henri Henri IV or the pavé of the saumon and spinach mini.
