Restaurant in Paris offering dishes of good local products with a touch of exoticism.

Under a beautiful glass roof listed as a Historic Monument, in a magnificent bi-color room, a combination of ancient furniture and modern materials, many chefs succeeded in this restaurant. The latest, Alan Geaam having left for the 16th arrondissement, the former AG les Halles has now become the Verrière des Halles. Today, you can enjoy dishes based on good local products, with a touch of exoticism, and at affordable prices. During our visit, we were able to enjoy a tuna tartare, sesame, avocado cream, passion fruit and then a comfit lamb shoulder, turmeric, onion confit, raisins, vegetables. A good address!
