2 star restaurant serving grilled and roasted meats and fish, pizza soufflé.

The two-star chef, Jean-François Piège, has opened a specific, original and unique culinary space: everything is cooked on embers and roasting. Meat and fish are seized at the moment: Kansas Prime Angus beef, Black Market, Bresse chicken, duck, grilled blue lobster… More surprising: a heart of the grilled Roman salad or a puffed pizza. The room is carefully decorated and the materials are noble: Portuguese azulejos, woodworks, leather, marble and mahogany. That is not all, since the nice menu of cocktails comes from the imagination of experts in the field, the managers of the Experimental in the nearby 2nd arrondissement.

A l’exception de la viande d’angus bien que le rapport qualité prix soit moyen tout était moyen en goût et très élevé en prix. Le vin est excessivement cher à plus de 100 euro la bouteille de Savigny... sincèrement ça ne vaut pas son prix
