It's hard to find a restaurant that is not a tourist trap in the area. Rest assured, that's what we're here for, and this Maison Rouge is indeed a very recommendable place! Nice modern wine cellars accompany the stone, the tables and the old arcades. And the value for money of this menu is irresistible. It's simple: beef, grilled meat, salmon... but it's good. The (big) favorite is awarded to the burgers. Based on Aubrac meat - this one, slightly marbled, is to die for -, they are available in many versions.

La pinte est autour de 6€ en happy hour (jusqu'à très tard)
Il y a souvent beaucoup de place et pour chatelet, l'endroit est calme.
Serveur pas très motivé et particulièrement sympa mais ça vaut le coup d'y aller.
