Despite its longevity, Le Fumoir continues to be a trendy address not to say a popular one. The terrace facing the Louvre is obviously a must. The available media is a true asset than guests enjoy at the bar when they come up in the morning or between two appointments. Finally, the à la carte satisfies many. The chef produces inventive cuisine according to seasons by adding a few Scandinavian touches of his own. Every lunchtime, a fish dish is displayed as well as vegetarian dishes. You can feast as a starter a watercress cream soup or a pan-fried mackerel filet, for example. And brunch on Sunday!

Attention à l'accueil. Cela fait 25 ans que je vais au Fumoir. Aucune reconnaissance client. C'est le point faible. Et des responsables de salle peu aimables le vendredi à la différence des serveurs. Dernier point :il faut renouveler la carte plus souvent. Hubert Monzat
