Charming place with terrace elaborating a refined menu of gastronomic dishes, traditional dishes revisited.

The Caveau du Palais is above all an incredible place with a terrace, on the charming Place Dauphine of the Ile de la Cité. The chef proposes a refined menu composed of gastronomic dishes combining subtlety and flavours. Traditional dishes with perfect execution, but also classics revisited with audacity: for example a soft-boiled egg, candied pumpkin, emulsion of Brie cheese with hazelnut oil, or cod a la plancha, haddock cream and cauliflower with coriander... The advantages: the Caveau du Palais offers a very good service, gives good advice and has built a nice wine list. In short, an excellent place to return to for a moment of pleasure.

Excellente adresse. Service de qualité mais surtout très bonne cuisine (entrée « du jour » et cuisse de canard confite au top).

Très bon restaurant. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine goûteuse et élégante dans les assiettes, le tout proposé au milieu d'une décoration parisienne en accord avec la localisation du site. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!
