Una vera chicca nel quartiere Japantown di Parigi. Fermatevi in questo negozietto di formaggi e chiedete di poter fare una degustazione con vino o sakè...sarete ricompensati con prodotti di altissima qualità (sia tradizionali sia franco-giapponesi) e tanta gentilezza. Prezzi onesti: circa 20-30 euro a testa (dipende da quanto volete bere e mangiare) per un aperitivo molto sfizioso. Potete mangiare in loco dalle 12.30 alle 17.30 ma, se avete dubbi o esigenze specifiche, telefonate o scrivete via mail alla proprietaria dal form del sito web.

지금까지 꽁떼, 유자, 피망떼, 에스프레소, 미소, 꽃, 파인애플, 트러플, 사케가 들어간 치즈를 사봤는데, 모두 조합이 좋고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 유자치즈가 단연 최고!지만 쉐브르 치즈 베이스인 것에 주의하여야 합니다. 쉐브르를 좋아하진 않지만 유자와의 조합이 너무 좋아 저는 계속 생각이 나네요.
