In the elegant back room, the à la carte menu features traditional cuisine and quality products: saucisson from Maison Conquet, fresh bread from Jean-Luc Poujauran... Among the suggestions of the moment seen over the course of the year: a fine goat's cheese tart with braised endives, lasagne, and a "very café" tiramisu.
