J’ai commandé des cupcakes à la vanille, j’ai mentionné plusieurs fois la demande et reformulé pour être bien comprise. La gérante s’est trompé dans la commande, a fait des cupcakes au chocolat et ne reconnaît pas son erreur, elle est visiblement dépassée. Ne fait pas de remboursement et ne trouve pas de solution au problème, très mauvais service client.

Léonora ma sauver a la dernière minute je l’ai contacter pour un cake et 2h après je pouvais le récupérer le gâteaux était super bon et pas trop sucré juste parfait je recommande à 100% et je repasserai commande merci infiniment ♥️
