Restaurant with terrace in Paris elaborating a light brasserie cuisine, fish, meat and vegetables.

This gourmet stop, signed Alain Ducasse, is for the most part frequented by tourists and people who work in the area. Although there are 180 seats, it is often full! The room, very airy, is reminiscent of an airport lobby. In fact, the dishes of the day and the chef's information are scrolled on a giant board, like far away destinations. The chef Julien Goriot elaborates an updated, lighter brasserie cuisine. Among other proposals seen on the menu: salmon in gravlax, perfect organic egg, veal blanquette, floating island, rum savarin..

A plusieurs reprises, le personnel a refusé de me servir un thé vers 18h alors que les tables sont vides. Engager le nom de Ducasse pour un tel accueil du client est regrettable. Il faut signaler que si l'accueil est d'une pédanterie sinistre, la cuisine est tout à fait ordinaire.

Un nouveau restaurant qui rend la cuisine d'Alain Ducasse plus accessible niveau prix pour des plats de qualité équivalente. Le restaurant propose une carte réduite l'après-midi.
