Small bistro in Paris offering home-made meat and other quality butcher's cuts and vegetarian dishes.
Several cool guys opened this very original little bistrot, including Charles, the aveyronnaise touch, to the service. The spirit is homemade with essentially the meat of the Aubrac, in the form of a flatten, intertwined, and other pieces of the butcher, of quality… Here you have the guarantee to taste a mature meat at more than correct prices. On the map, the other originality is that part is devoted to viandards, the second is aimed at fish lovers, and the latter offers vegetarian dishes. You're sure to find your pleasure there. Fresh fruit cocktails are served throughout the day at the Mocktails Bar.
