Tea room, tapas bar and bistro with traditional cuisine and fresh quality products.
Les Artizans, whose name is systematically surrounded by the words "Bistro" and "Cakes", is a recipe that works very well in a neighborhood that also works well. It is in fact the union of three places that are teahouse, tapas bar and bistro with traditional and elaborate cuisine at the same time (yes, it is possible, the proof!) based on fresh, artisanal and quality products. The charcuterie board is made by Ospital, the chicken comes from the Luteau farm in the Loiret, etc. The sautéed squid with pecan nut and crunchy fennel are a very good start. The famous chicken is marinated with citrus fruits and stewed garlic, which brings an original flavor but without distorting it. For dessert, the pastries of the moment are to be chosen in the store window. The Paris-Brest in Mathieu Mandard style is a must. Possibility of privatizing the lounge on the first floor. Last advice: book!

I expected I bit more for a brunch to be honest. There was a bit of ham and cheese to choose, shrimp, pasta salad with tuna and hummus. And some dessert/cakes. Not that much of choice, especially if you don’t eat seafood/fish.
In the price is a hot beverages as well as one hot dish included. I took the egg Benedict which was okay, for my taste the eggs should be cooked more. The egg white was still very runny.
Overall it was alright but I won’t come back for a brunch.
