First, there's the charm of this Parisian brasserie, looking out onto the Tuileries Gardens, and its Art Nouveau decor of wood panelling, stained glass and discreet lighting. And then there's the food: generous, well-crafted traditional cuisine. Aveyron features prominently on the Flottes menu, with charcuterie from Maison Conquet in Laguiole, aligot from Aubrac and sausage... But, like any self-respecting brasserie, this restaurant is also renowned for its seafood platters.

Une expérience incroyable !! Un service impeccable et la nourriture, je n'ai pas de mot pour dire à quel point j'ai mangé comme une reine ! ???? Les huîtres étaient délectables ???? et j'ai goûté de l'oursin pour la première fois !!! Mon amie et moi avons tellement adoré, que nous voulons retourner à Paris pour y manger encore ! Un gros MERCI à toute l'équipe pour cet accueil merveilleux !!

Great French onion soup and wine selection. I sat alone at the bar for dinner and owner came and talked to me for 10-15 minutes. Great talk with him and the staff.

Au delà le fait que nous avons superbement bien mangé (salade César pour ma part) l’accueil a lui été très chaleureux. Nous avons mangés au comptoir avec mon compagnon, et pour une première expérience nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est très sympathique et réponds à nos moindres besoin. Je recommande à 100%.
