Address in Paris preparing brasserie cuisine, seafood and shellfish, duck meat
This house dates back to 1740, no less! And at the Petit Futé, we like this kind of typical Les Halles address with an alert staff, a cheerful clientele and a brasserie cuisine that you can savour without hiding your pleasure. The seafood and shellfish are enjoyed all year round. In front of the establishment, there is a superb counter presenting seafood of unparalleled freshness that is served on incredible platters on your plate. But that's not all, as the menu is divided between land and sea. Very classic, but unavoidable, the onion soup au gratin or the fish soup with its rouille and croutons. And we still love the steak tartare or the duck breast glazed with honey. The wind of the ocean blows thanks to the royal sea bream flambéed with pastis. And to conclude the rum baba, whipped cream and candied fruits, or the "homemade" chocolate profiteroles. It's always a pleasure to walk through the door of this place full of history, where the staff is serious, efficient and not without a sense of humour.
