Le Grand Véfour is known for its high gastronomy and although the establishment is now a brasserie accessible to a wider clientele, the decor has remained unchanged, with additional seating under the arcades or facing the garden. And never mind, the seasonal dishes signed Guy Martin, à la carte or in the weekly menu, offer a refinement that is not lacking in the reputation of Le Véfour. Moreover, the wines offered remain top-of-the-range and are a perfect accompaniment to the royal sea bream or the melting pork cheeks. You won't refuse the lemon vacherin or the black forest either.
