RELAIS D'ALSACE - TAVERNE KARLSBRÄU
Restaurant offering a very nice seafood platter.
Like the Foot de Pig, the nearby brewery, this tavern never closes its doors. As in all the taverns of this museum, you can find the famous classics of Alsace, but also the essential features of a brewery. For Alsace, the traditional sauerkraut is declined in 7 recipes from the peasant (sausages from Frankfurt and Montbéliard, smoked breast, backbone 1/2 salt, potatoes) Special tavern (pork jarreton, Frankfurt, Montbéliard, herbal sausage, fumée poitrine, garlic sausage, potatoes, potatoes) through the sauerkraut of the sea (smoked salmon, white fish, shrimp) roses, mussels, white butter, potatoes). You can also find the braised hock or the famous flammekueches. For the brewery part, are the nachos onion soup, Foie gras with pears, traditional tartar seasoned and prepared in kitchen, loin mudflap and candied shallots, veal head gribiche sauce or 5 A. But if the heart tells you, you can crack for a very beautiful seafood plateau, no one will keep you in the cold.
