Restaurant with a terrace where you can have a snack or a drink from a menu full of ideas.

To reach the left bank by the Louvre, you will inevitably pass before the Royal. On the terrace, there are many guests sitting at the time before a breakfast, a dessert or a cocktail. The Royal is the essential brewery in this area. It's like in a hive, there's always the world, we talk, we're working, we're being used, we're happy with each other. A real place of life as you love them, a real place to meet or enjoy a drink on the terrace or on the floor. On the food side, all the classics of a brewery are at the portée. The card is full of ideas and it is not uncommon to take its time to choose. It will finally be a tartare for the 2, a big salad for the 4, a fish of the day for the 6 and a caramel cream for the 8 which seems to have advance on the nearby tables.

The restaurant is close to the Louvre museum and it offers French quisine. The food is tasty but it is not wow and it is a bit pricy. We had onion sopu (average), confit du canard (very good) and another dish with chicken (average). The red wine we had was not the best, even if it was quite pricy.
Staff is friendly and they allowed us to taste multiple wines until we found something suitable.

To start with , half occupied rooms but the staff wanted to place us (2 persons) on the smallest table and most awkward location next to the entrance door no space all before we disagree and were able to pick better one.
Then asking the waiter for details about starter platter about what he said “ I am new here and don’t know the detail “. if you cheap on your employee training then discount the food menu would be nice. No mention to the cheap charcuterie and cheese quality you can find at cheapest grocery.
Then if tou want Paris vibe, during our entire time here a rat ???? was roaming freely in the room. We informed it to the staff who found this funny and said it will be notified for the pest control coming the next day …
