Pirouette is a bistro as we like, bursting with freshness and creativity, which provides a big hit with vitality to this area. In the bright light wood spacious dining room, a whole wall is reserved for the bottles of wine and the atmosphere is placed. To accompany these soft drinks, you can enjoy a precise and tasty cuisine prepared by two young talented chefs. Creative combinations (Whiting, cauliflower couscous, knives, lemon hand of Buddha and butter of shellfish, Fregola, marrow, celery and black truffle, Terrine of deer, horseradish and turnip pickles), a classic perfectly prepared (pan-fried foie gras, perfect egg, rice pudding and salted butter), people applaud the meticulous and colourful dressages, the crazy tastes.
